Where We Deliver

VIMYES proudly ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most countries across Europe, as well as selected international destinations that are supported by our trusted courier partners.

If your location is available at checkout, that means we can deliver to your address with full tracking and reliable delivery service.
(We currently do not ship to regions restricted by international courier or customs regulations.)


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 5–12 business days depending on your location and local customs clearance.

  • During peak seasons or remote delivery zones, shipments may take a few extra days.
    We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping Cost

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or destination, as long as it falls within our supported delivery zones.
There are no hidden handling fees or minimum purchase requirements.


Delivery Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with globally trusted logistics providers, including FedEx, DHL, USPS, and DPD.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
If you don’t receive your tracking email within a few days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of the package, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.


Changing Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the destination address.


Inspecting Your Order

Please check your package immediately upon delivery.
If any item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, do not accept the parcel or sign it as “Damaged,” and contact our customer service right away.
We’ll assist you with a quick resolution or replacement.


Delays or Lost Packages

If your delivery takes longer than expected, please reach out to us.
We’ll contact the courier and keep you updated throughout the investigation until your issue is resolved.


Public Holidays

Our couriers do not operate on weekends or national holidays.
Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.


Taxes and Duties

All product prices on our website include applicable local taxes.
International customers may be responsible for customs or import duties depending on their country’s regulations.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched can be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
