If you are not completely satisfied or if you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days so we can assist you quickly.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition you received them.
- Returned only after receiving prior authorization from us.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and include a clear photo of the product.
We will arrange a courier pickup at no extra cost, and you will be offered a replacement or full refund according to your preference.
VIMYES covers all costs in these cases.
If You Ordered the Wrong Item
If you ordered the wrong product or size, you may still return it within 14 days.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
After receiving the product in good condition, we will issue your refund.
