Please note: Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returned products must be:
Unused and in their original packaging
In the same condition you received them
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and include a clear photo of the product.
We will arrange a courier pickup at no extra cost, and you’ll be offered a replacement or full refund according to your preference.
VIMYES covers all costs in these cases.
We gladly exchange items if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong size/product.
